Nothing shapes our culture quite like the movies. They're a place to ask hard questions, tell stories, think about our past and learn about our hopes. With that in mind, we'll look at some recent movies that seem to have something big to say and bring God's revealed truths into contact with what we see on the big screen. Loving God
What if loving God could be accomplished through a child watching a puppet tell a story while eating a snack or a student rocking out to loud music while hanging with friends? Loving God is all about showing worth to God.
Loving People
What if loving people could be accomplished through simple acts of kindness shown on a daily basis? By a teacher receiving a Christmas teddy bear saying, "Thanks for all you do." or by giving a child a free frozen treat on a hot summer day. Perhaps, a new friendship is forming over coffee at Cafe 320.
Loving Life
What if Loving Life was simply enjoying the day-day experiences? Like a couple sitting down together for dinner in the midst of their busy schedules or a backyard that has been turned into a national park for the whole family to enjoy. Perhaps a man goes in to work early Monday morning with a coffee in his hand and a smile on his face.
